Would you like to comment on my Poem?

The Wail And Cry

Angels hear the wail and cry
Of lonely spirits when they die.
One more heartache, too much pain;
One last struggle to rise again.

Burdened down by life’s heavy sword;
crushed to death, they cry to the Lord
thru stinging sorrow, from weary souls.
They conjur visions of dead sea scrolls

Lost and buried beneath the sands,
In unknown places and foreign lands.
Such treasures hidden, but not forever,
Also wait for death’s last measure,
. . . of everlasting peace.

Answer :
read over and over to find words, that you don't need in their, like this, lost, buried beneath sands, unknown places, foreign lands, treasures not forever hidden, also deaths measures, peace lasting ever

Bubba Boo you get the 10 points because you actually said something worth considering that might be helpful to me in this piece.

How many generations have ruined Neptune's ideal relationship?

I think it has been the entire Judeo-Christian world.

Neptune was the patron God of homosexuals, and I feel we need to step back to our true Greek religious roots as Americans; not the silly Christian poser.

How can we fix relationships in line with the Lord of the Land and Sea's vision?

Answer :
Probably about 50 generations.

For cruisers who have traveled with small kids...?

Do you recommend the Carnival Pride or the Royal Caribbean's Vision of the Seas? Our kids are 3 (girl) and 8 (boy). Also, it's for a 7 night Mexican Riviera Cruise in August. Please help if you have experience, thanks.

Answer :
For the most part Royal Caribbean and Carnival are very similar. That said there are some differences.

Is your daughter potty trained? If not, go with Carnival. Carnival will change diapers.

The Carnival Pride has a water slide while the Vision of the Seas has a rock climbing wall. Which would you son enjoy more?

The Vision spends one day at sea, then goes to Cabo, Mazatlan, and Puerto Vallarta before spending two days at sea returning to San Pedro.

The Pride spends two days at sea, then goes to Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan and Cabo before spending one day at sea returning to Long Beach.

Of the two, I prefer having the two days at sea at the end rather than at the beginning.

The Vision has one main pool with a fenced off area of the main pool acting as the kids pool.

The Pride has two main pools (one of which can be covered if the weather is bad) and a separate kids pool. Thus the Pride has a better pool set up, in my opinion, for your family.

Otherwise the experience on both ships will be similar. Your kids will have fun in the children's program on either ship. In my opinion you can't go wrong with either ship.

Answer :
Both are nice ships. The kids seem to think "Camp Carnival" is better than RCI's program, but both are OK.

In general, RCI is a bit more "polished" and Carnival is a bit more "fun".

That said, the decor on Carnival Pride can be a little ... risque. (There's a Renaissance art theme.) You might want to check out these pictures and decide if you and/or your 8 year old would feel uncomfortable:

Oh, and although neither of these is a "mega" ship, both are around 2,500 guests. So you might want to get walkie-talkies to stay in touch around the ship.

Answer :
We have been taking our son on cruises since he was 7, and he is now 17, and he loves going on carnival. He enjoys cruises more than any other kind of vacation. He can't wait until the meeting for the camps or kids club, or teen clubs, to find out what he will be doing. Then, we usually would only see him for meals. He always made a lot of friends and had a great time. They divide them up in groups by age. We never took him on RC because we heard they limit the amount of kids on their ships. My husband and I did go on one of their ships last year and weren't as impressed. We are sticking to Carnival. I am sure you will have a good time whichever you decide. Check out Carnival's website for activites for kids. I don't think you will be disappointed. Have fun.

Answer :
I found the best travel with kids was with NCL and their 'free style' cruiising..Do what you want, when you want. Thet have lots of children's activities, and equipment and great assistants, supervisors.. Dress casual anytime, no 'scheduled' meals, excellent service.

Answer :
When I was little I went on a Carnival cruise with my family 2x. This cruise is really fun because they have water slides and a club for kids and teens. And I heard now that they have surfing. Another cruise I would recommend would be the Disney Cruises. Have fun!

Answer :
Both are nice for families. Royal is more "brass and glass" Carnival is more "vegas style". Both have good kids clubs, Royal often has in cabin babysitting for the evening.

Answer :
The Vision is a nicer ship. Both have fairly good kids programs. I've found Carnival to be more party ships but RC is a better line.

Cruise to Mexico. . .anything I should know?

Everyone says not to drink the water while on shore but is there anything else?

(Going on Royal Caribbean - Vision of the Seas)

Answer :
If a guy wanna stuff a tamale in ya be sure to have a rain coat.

Answer :
learn the currency exchange rate. jew down the price on everything. don't call any locals a beaner. don't bother washing your hands.

Answer :
Remember to take your passport. You will most likely not be allowed to board the ship without it. You will need it to get back into the US.

Also, pack your sense of adventure, you sense of the beautiful, and your sense of humor. They'll all come in handy in Mexico. Everything else is just "stuff."

Answer :
lets see ive gone to mexico a couple times and this is what i have learned:
don't drink the water
bring Tylonal(sp?), the water will be in something you eat at sometime and you may get sick
if someone is begging, ignore them
ride the pretty horses on the beach if you like to ride, but dont touch the stray dogs, even if they follow you
if possible see some ruins, they are awesome
Bring lots and lots of suncreen
Bring a good book to read on the beach

Answer :
they have bottle there and beer have fun good times there nice people you won't spend much time on the beach , shore that is

Answer :
don't get near the edges because they won't go back for you they will only throw a life saver at you and that's it

Answer :
If u r ever along the beach walking around b careful of jellyfish along the shore they r very poisonous u will b in a lot of pain if stepped on.

Answer :
The cruise! Yes the cruise is awesome and don't drink on shore and keep a wallet around your waist and don't carry a bag. Have fun and stay with someone the entire time!

Answer :
Yea dont drink the water..
they dont clean it very well.
just buy bottle water... when i went to cancun thats what we did...
have a great vacation by the way!!! :)

Answer :
Yeah, don't do anything naive and stupid like wandering off by yourself at night. Watch your drink, and ask the folks on the cruise line about what bars and clubs to stay away from on shore. Mexico is an extremely dangerous place.. especially for white women..

Answer :
It's not that their water is bad or germ infested, it's that we clean our water a lot better than they do and our bodies aren't used to their water. So.. I wouldn't drink the water. That's about it.

Answer :
If you plan to stay in Mexico is that if you eat too many tacos or burritos or enchilads.... ur going to be on the toilet seat for a longgggggggg time

Answer :
When I went I only ate and drank on the ship, if going ashore bring a couple of bottles of water and snacks. You will be approached by people trying to sell you everything, keep only small bills in your pocket so you can take out one at a time instead of showing a wad of cash. If you take a taxi anywhere be sure it is one of the bigger companies, not just some guy that says he'll take you where your going. Always be on guard you are in a foreign country although they are very friendly. Have fun.

Mermaid Group: Placed on a different Ship?

I recently started a 3rd contract as a chef with the Mermaid Group. They said that my new ship would be The Legend of the seas which was doing The Taiwan - China Trip. I prepared for this by buying some expensive books and doing a lot of research and i also had a friend i had arranged to visit but 2 weeks before it was changed to the Vision of the seas cruising around south america. I am very dissapointed as i had made arrangements. They said it was down to the client and not them.I was wondering how many other people this has happened to?

Answer :
As I understand it from friends, companies can and do make last-minute changes in ship assignments, and even though it is not done a lot, there is nothing the crew members can do about it and keep their jobs.

Answer :
I am going on is the Saga Ruby. This is a cruise ship for elderly people. (No offence!) but i was told that the actual hiring company had most of their salons on Carnival which is a ship which has younger passengers so i assumed i would be going with them. But now i'm on a Saga Ship Also i will not be in the Carribean now i will be in Turkey and around those islands. This was also the Mermaid Group
