Cruise LA to Mexico?

Has anyone travelled on Vision of the Sea to Mexico. Is it worth it?

We cruised out of LA to the Mexico ports of Cabo, Puerto Valarta, and Acapulco a couple years ago. It was a good cruise weather wise even though they had to cancel one port stop because of a hurricane threat. I liked the stop in Cabo best, didn't care for the other two. I think the beaches on the Caribbean side of Mexico are much better than the Pacific side.

WE went on an NCL ship and the cruise was nice.

i been on that cruise last year i love it . people were very nice there and i love stops we did and the entertained to . it was the best cruise. i was name gust staff on there. it was great the food and stuff to do

I did a week long cruise for my honeymoon. I liked it a lot. But then again, this was my first cruise too. But I think if my husband and I go again were going to go with all of our friends. Spending the time alone was great but we both agree that a cruise would be great with all of our friends.

I've heard such good things that I'm booked on her for 10/28/07 Halloween cruise!

A few thoughts:
The Vision has been recently refurbished.
(Year Built 1998
Refurbished 2000
Refurbished 2003)
The price is really good.
The ocean is colder and choppier than the Caribbean (re: swimming)
