Why the magenta color produced by PAS reaction with liver glycogen is concenterated at one ,and always the same side of the hepatocyte? in my vision ,It looks like sea wave hitting the shore and all are following the same pattern.

Maybe the preparation is not good. Maybe your medical technologist/lab scientist/histotechnologist is not well experienced. Maybe your reagent was not prepared nicely. Better check these things and administer a proficiency test for your medtech by having a practical exam, tissue identification, hematology, microbiology, chemistry, serology and blood banking so that you may recommend what they will do next...
